CDG 2024 Update for Indigenous athletes in Alberta: ADSA has extended its early bird deadline for indigenous athletes only to January 30, 2024. There is also a new option: a national indigenous volleyball team. If you are interested in joining the team, please check that option in the registration jotform.

Introducing the Jo-Anne Robinson Youth Athlete Award! In honour of Jo-Anne, founder of Alberta Deaf Sports Association in 1974 and beloved member of our deaf community. An athlete, feminist, writer and leader. This award is given to exceptional deaf & hard-of-hearing student-athletes of Alberta. The award will consist of $250.00 per youth once in their lifetime to go towards their sport and leadership endeavors. ADSA with its club: Alberta Deaf Pickleball Club (ADPC) is hosting it here in Edmonton, Alberta, on May 3rd and 4th, 2025! With a special cash prize event happening on May 2nd. Whether you're a seasoned player or just starting, there’s a spot for you! This event is ASL friendly which means anyone can register including deaf&HOH players, CODA, interpreters, and ASL signers.
